In 1944 the US was on war time, an hour ahead of normal time, so I imagine astrologers would say I was actually born at 11:15 PM on February 28. Pfftt! to astrologers. Speaking of 28 many years ago I met a fellow leaper who was 44 having been born in 1928; I was 28 having been born in 1944. We celebrated the coincidence over beers.
