LEAP YEAR 1988

The very first Festival with it's Co-Founders, Leap Day Babies, Birdie Lewis and Mary Ann Brown who lived cater-cornered to one another at the intersection of Eduardo Street and Fresno Street in Anthony, Texas/New Mexico at the time and did until Birdie moved back to Arkansas after her husband Bill passed away! The other young Leaper lives in Sunland Park, NM I believe!
